To boost our eco-credentials, we now offer fragrance oil refills for our range of reed diffusers. Every refill bottle will come with a fresh set of rattan reeds as this is the ideal time to replace the reeds to maximise the scent throw.
 
Our fragrance oils come in a clear glass screw-cap bottle with no additional packaging to minimise waste. The refills have been blended using high-quality fragrance oils and a sustainable eco-friendly base.
 
A friendly note: the refill bottles are designed to only contain the fragrance oil and are NOT to be used as the reed diffuser vessel itself. It will be unsteady if reeds are inserted and therefore is at risk of tipping - and no-one wants a spillage in the village.

Care Advice from No.14:
- Shake the bottle CAREFULLY (with the cap on, obviously!) to blend the fragrance oil blend before pouring the refill liquid into your empty diffuser bottle
- When decantering the fragrance oil, we advise to do so over a sink, or use a small funnel to avoid any drips which could leave a mark on wood, plastic or painted surfaces
- Wipe the diffuser bottle with a cloth to remove any drips
- Turn the reeds in your reed diffuser bottle every week to refresh the fragrance
- Never light the reeds
- Keep out of reach of children
