To celebrate our 5th birthday, we wanted to create a scent that was fresh, bright and full of joy. A fragrance that showed just how much love (and light) candle-making has brought to me - and hopefully to you, over the years.
 
I have an everlasting love of citrus notes which never fails to uplift and invigorate me. The earliest candles I poured were blended using lemon or orange essential oils - these scents were always the most loved by my family at No.14.
 
While looking back through old photos on my phone, I found a little clip taken by my son in early Summer 2020 of me wearing a lemon yellow t-shirt naiviely, but joyfully making candles in our kitchen.
 
It's incredible to think where 5 years has gone and how much has changed in that time; I'm grateful that candles have remained a constant source of creativity and is a craft that I continue to hone, nuture and grow.
 
To add, I had to move out of the kitchen as the brand got bigger - but I still have (and wear) the 'lucky' lemon t-shirt.
